I’ve ordered from The Knitting Network a few times now, and the delivery has been really dependable every time. The parcels arrive when they’re supposed to, everything’s packed properly, and there’s no drama, which is pretty much what you want, isn’t it?

My last order actually turned up a day early, which was a lovely little bonus. I really appreciate not having to chase anything or wonder where it is; it just arrives and I can get straight back to my knitting.

Last time, one item I’d been after was sold out, which was a tiny bit annoying, but it’s fine, totally fine, there were still plenty of other options to choose from. Delivery was straightforward as well. I’d use them again...

They’ve got loads of yarn to choose from, which is great, but it’s a bit frustrating when the colours I like sell out so fast and don’t seem to stay in stock for long. I just wish they’d keep the popular shades available more consistently

It showed up the very next day, which was a nice surprise. If this order is anything to go by, their delivery is quick. Really happy with it.

My order from theknittingnetwork.co.uk turned up packed so well I almost started wondering what they know that the rest of us don’t. Nothing was squashed, nothing damaged, and the yarn was all clean and tidy in the bag like it had been protected by some secret wool-handling society. Simple, secure packaging, no unnecessary fuss. very happy with it.

I’ve ordered yarn from The Knitting Network a couple of times now, and to be fair, the quality has been really good each time. The colours were also close to the photos, which is always a relief when you’re buying wool online.

There was one small issue though — one of the balls had a tiny knot in it. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was a bit frustrating to hit that in the middle of a project. I did feel like a quick apology or acknowledgement would’ve been nice, even if it was only a minor thing.
Overall, I’m still happy with what I received and I’d probably order again. It just wasn’t quite perfect this time, so I’d give it 4 stars.

I like that there are a good number of patterns on the site, and I’ve definitely found a few useful ones. But then sometimes I go looking for something specific and it’s either not there or I just can’t find it easily. Maybe I’m missing it, I don’t know. It’s fine for getting basic ideas, and it’s nice to browse around, but I do wish there was a bit more variety. Some sections feel better than others.

I found the website easy, to move around on. The yarn and patterns I could find without much fuss, and the filters were actually useful, which on some other sites they really are not. Checkout was quick too, and halfway through I didn’t end up lost or annoyed. Pictures were clear, prices easy to see, so overall it was a good shopping experience for me

I swear, getting my refund felt like waiting for the end of a saga. The return process was way more of a hassle than it needed to be, and the delay just made it even more frustrating.
